Welcome to Memento & Co. By accessing our website and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by the following terms. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. Ownership & Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including text, custom designs, logos, and product photography—is the property of Memento & Co. and is protected by Canadian copyright laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any part of this site without our express written consent.

2. Customer-Supplied Content

When you upload a photo for sublimation, you represent that you own the rights to that image or have permission to use it. Memento & Co. reserves the right to refuse any order containing content that we deem to be illegal, infringing on copyrights, or otherwise inappropriate.

3. Accuracy of Colors & Finished Products

Because we use a heat-infusion process (dye sublimation) and because digital screens vary in how they display colors, the final physical product may have slight variations in color or brightness compared to what you see on your screen. This is a natural characteristic of the artisanal sublimation process.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD). We reserve the right to change prices or discontinue products at any time without notice. Payments are processed securely through Wix Payments; we do not store your credit card information.

5. Limitation of Liability

Memento & Co. provides high-quality keepsakes "as is." While we use archival-grade materials, we are not liable for damage caused by improper handling, extreme environmental conditions, or normal wear and tear over time. In no event shall our liability exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada. Any disputes arising from the use of this site shall be handled within the jurisdiction of the courts in Red Deer, Alberta.

 

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms occasionally to reflect changes in our studio operations. Your continued use of the site following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
