Shipping Policy

At Memento & Co., we take pride in getting your custom art to you safely and quickly. Because we are based in Red Deer, we offer specialized local service to our Central Alberta neighbors.

1. Central Alberta Free Delivery

We offer Free Local Delivery to the following areas:

Red Deer (City limits)
Innisfail
Lacombe
Sylvan Lake
And all surrounding areas within a 30 km radius of Red Deer.

How it works: If your delivery address falls within this zone, the "Free Local Delivery" option will automatically appear at checkout. Deliveries are typically made within 2–3 business days of receiving your photo.

2. Shipping Within Canada

For our customers outside of the 30 km Red Deer radius, we offer a simple $9 Flat Rate Shipping fee.

Coverage: We currently ship to all provinces and territories within Canada.
Carrier: We primarily use Canada Post or reliable couriers to ensure your metal art is handled with care.
Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our studio.

3. International Shipping

At this time, Memento & Co. only ships within Canada.

4. Production & Processing Times

Every Memento piece is handcrafted. Please allow 3–5 business days for us to infuse your art and perform our quality inspection before your order is shipped or out for delivery. You will receive an update the moment your order is on the move.

5. Damaged Shipments

We package our aluminum prints with extra care, but if your order arrives damaged, please notify us at MementoCoStudio@gmail.com within 48 hours with a photo of the packaging and the product so we can expedite a replacement for you.
